Meeting a Measurable Mini-Goal
Usually, many small, detailed goals or objectives must be met in order to achieve a more important goal. Goals should be created to stretch you and engage your subconscious mind. A goal or objective has to be measurable. Write them out in detail: (Example: I will weigh 140 lbs. by 5p.m. January 1, 2012) If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.
