Sponsorship Presentation

Our mission is to provide grants and scholarships to deserving scholar athletes and to promote education about the game with emphasis on safety, sportsmanship, promoting healthy lifestyle and strength & conditioning training aspects.

The Maxwell Football Club, founded in 1935, is one of the oldest and most prestigious Football Clubs in the nation. The MFC is dedicated to honoring football excellence at all levels , year round. A committed partner in the community, the MFC routinely provides mentors and role models to help the future leaders of our country reach their full potential.

Purpose: Exclusive Corporate Sponsor to the Maxwell Football Club’s Joseph V. Paterno Award.Requested Sponsorship Amount: $300,000 per contract year.

Term: 3-year

The Sponsorship: In consideration for exclusive sponsorship of the Joseph V. Paterno Award, the sponsor will receive the Presenting Rights to the award, additionlly, the sponsor will receive all of the major sponsor granted event hospitality elements, exclusive privileges associated with the award and its sponsorship, promotion and presentation as will be more fully defined within a Maxwell, Paterno and Sponsorship Agreement.

Partnership Agreement: The Maxwell Football Club has entered into a Partnership Agreement with the Paterno Family to present the “Joseph V. Paterno College Coach of the Year Award”. The Partnership Agreement is for a Term of 25 years and was executed on July 11, 2010.

The announcement of the Joseph V. Paterno Award winner will be made on the ESPN Home Depot College Football Awards Show which is broadcast live from Disney’s Boardwalk each December. The formal presentation of the Joseph V. Paterno Award will be made at the Maxwell Football Club National Awards Gala held each March in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Sponsorship Value: $300,000.00 $300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Dollars per contract year.)• Presenting rights recognition to Corporate Sponsor for the Joseph V. PaternoNational Coach of the Year Award. The Joseph V. Paterno Award Presentedby Company Name.• Sponsor logo/name recognition on the trophy as “presented by”.• Sponsor Logo/Brand Placement on printed collateral related to specific award.• Logo/Brand Placement on MFC Website with link to sponsor web site• Replica of Award for display at sponsor corporate offices• Limited Use of Maxwell Football Club logos, images and brands for promotion of sponsored award.• 30 Maxwell Football Club yearly memberships for corporate executives• Recognition as presenting sponsor of the award in all MFC media releases andcorrespondence related to the Joseph V. Paterno Award. Including twiceweekly e-newsletters that are sent to our mailing list of over 10,000 people.• Presenting Sponsor recognition in MFC Media Guide (electronic and print)• One seat on the Maxwell Football Club National Board of Governors

National Awards Gala Event Benefits• 70 Tickets for MFC National Awards Gala.• 15 Hotel Rooms for MFC National Awards Event (Additional roomscan be purchased at a discounted price. (2 Suites will be allocated for use bypresenting sponsor company)• 15 Tickets to the MFC Private Award Winner Dinner.• 30 Tickets to VIP Cocktail Party Event.• 6 Sponsor signage placements at event, Press Conference, Cocktail Area,Awards Dinner. (2 placement in each venue) MFC Director will have finaldesignation on placements.• Sponsor logo recognition on video feed during National Awards Dinner andassociated Press Conference.• 1 Full Page Color Inside Back Cover Advertisement in dinner program book,and company logo representation on all pages of the program highlighting theMaxwell Award.• 6 Winners Autographed Footballs.• Corporate representative to be present on dais for formal presentation of award.• Private photo opportunities with MFC award winners.• Sponsor recognition on winner lead in vignette during awards dinner.

ESPN-Home Depot College Football Awards Show Presenting Sponsor of the Joseph V. Paterno Award will also receive 2 VIP Tickets to the ESPN-Home Depot College Football Awards Show broadcast live from the Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort in December. The Maxwell Club will provide round trip air transport, ground transfers and hotel for 2 nights for Presenting Sponsors’ staff for the event.
