35 days in/ 35 days to go
The Ten Week Challenge
Monitor the attitude of our hearts.
How merciful are we?
35 days in/35 days to go
How much do we truly desire God’s righteousness?
Pray for God to search our hearts and show us wounds that need to be forgiven.
Do any of us have a heart that needs to forgive someone and be healed?
Remember…
We are in a war!
Eph. 6:11-12 – Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh
and blood, but against the

forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Matt. 5:23-24…Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
It requires honesty…
It requires action…
Mark 11:25…And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
It doesn’t require an apology
It’s more important than worship…

What forgiveness is not:
It’s giving up control of
the hurt.
What forgiveness is:
It’s releasing the offense
to God.
It is not forgetting
It is not justifying what
happened.
Step 3: Be clear of
the goal.What are we doing?.
and our
Why are we doing it?.
It’s for us.
It’s for God.
to be like Him
to honor Him
to submit to Him
to be free…
to be forgiven…
(It’s not for the other person.)
to move on.
Step 3: Be clear of
the goal.
