Sisters Place remembers David Connelly: David was the first artist we asked to contribute to HeART of the Matter, and
he enthusiastically said “yes”. David was a fierce advocate for those experiencing homelessness and he generously shared his artwork to promote the mission of Sisters Place many times. You may have seen his work in the
2018 and 2019 Christmas Appeal, while he was painting live at the 2020 Crushed Grapes Wine Tasting Event, and as showcased in our 2019 Annual Report. David was as bright a light as his artwork - he is greatly missed and
would have loved the support of the Art Auction!
