AUTOMATED LAYOUT PROCESS APPROVAL AND SCRUTINY SYSTEM (ALPASS)

Introduction

The Application with an aim of providing the end users with any time easy reference for efficient usage of the Scrutiny application through ALPASS project.

The user manual includes the following features to facilitate the user to work with the application in a user-friendly manner

Scrutiny Process

Step-1: Applicant will login after Registration. Applicant Registration link is given on website.

Step-2: Go to Project Details and click on Add New Project.

Step-3: Fill the entire required field here.

Step-4: After Submission below screen will display with Transaction number.

Step-5: Now click on Scrutiny Reports in Project Details to download the Scrutiny Report and Layout.

Instruction’s (Do’s and Don’ts)

All drawing dimensions shall be in meters and display shall be limited to two decimals.

The features shall be drawn as line, closed poly line & Mtext as given in the drawing parameters classification.

Lines and Poly lines shall not get mixed-up. The prescribed Layer Name in the format shall be exactly

followed. Processing layers shall not be locked, frozen (or) switched off. Overlapping is not allowed.

Examples

For Open Space put Layer name : Poly_Open_Land For Dimension MOS Front : Dim_MOS_Side_Front

MOS Side 2 : Dim_MOS_Side_2 MOS Side 1 : Dim_MOS_Side_1MOS Side Rear : Dim_MOS_Side_Rear

For Mtext : Txt_Height, Text_BuildupArea, Txt_Dwelling.

Step 1: Create Template

Create a layer name “Template”. Draw polyline border as per area required for

designing layout. Select all polyline border and select menu Insert

block Make…. Give the block name as “template”. Select base point at the lower left corner of the

design template

Step 2: Add Attribute to the template block- Step 2: Add Attribute to the

template block- Go to menu Insert Block

Define Attributes. Enter Name and value of the

attribute. Set the text style and height as

per convenience. Template should contain

following attribute

SCALE Attribute should have scale e.g. 1:1000

NAME_OF_DEVELOPER Attribute should have developer name

ADDRESS_OF_DEVELOPER

Attribute should have address of developer

KHASRA_NO Attribute should have khasra numbers.

REMARK This attribute will be optional; it can be used for any remark regarding development.

TOTAL_BUILT_UP_AREA 

Attribute should have total built up area
