Can I create multiple JANDI teams? You can create multiple teams and switch between them easily.
Can I use multiple email accounts to create multiple teams?Yes. If you wish to consolidate all email accounts into one JANDI account,please email [email protected].

What’s the difference between public and private topic? For a public topic, members can search for a Topic and join freely without invitation.For a private topic, members can’t search for a Topic and can join via invitation only.
How do I join a Topic after being invited to a JANDI team?You can click on ‘browse’ on the left panel and search through Topics already created.Click to join, and you may also leave the Topic by clicking on the name of the Topic.
Can I rename or delete a Topic? Yes, only if you are a creator of the Topic.(Click on the name of the Topic and choose from the drop-down options)

Can anyone in our team search for �les shared in topics?If shared in a public Topic, any member can search for the �le regardless of whetherhe/she has joined. If shared in a private Topic or in 1:1 message, only invited members haveaccess to the �le.
Can I search for a �le by topic? Yes, you may click on ‘File Drawer’ on the top right corner and choose a speci�c Topic from the‘Shared in’ options. You can also search for a �le by �le name, uploader, and �le type.
