How did you attract/address your audience?

On the front cover I tired to attract my target audience in many ways. The most obvious one is the main image which is a ‘pop singer’ of about the same age as the audience. This attracts them by using her as a role model for the audience, she’s who they look up to and look like.

Font

I also attracted my audience by using pink on my front cover which is associated with young girls, using pink instantly tells someone that the magazine is targeted at females.

I’ve also included images of boys on the front cover which the target audience are likely to be attracted to as their at the age where they probably have a favourite boy band.

Also the name of the magazine is ‘POP Girlz’ which would easily attract the target audience because it says the genre of music and the gender.
