The user with this type of accesscan create new jobs, see allcandidates and even manage them,but cannot manage previous jobs,user accounts or purchase itemsfrom the store. The Recruiter willonly be able to manage jobsassigned to him/her.
This type of access is usuallyreserved for Heads of Departmentor any other person that is involvedin the recruiting process, but is notpart of the HR team. The user willonly see the jobs and applicantsthat him/her is allocated to.
