Retained Search and Selection (headhunt) is an ideal choice for targeting senior HSE professionals or those with a very specific skillset.
We offer a discreet and targeted approach by mapping the market and competency interviewing selected candidates who are then measured against specific key criteria. Every stage adheres to pre-agreed timescales. A contingent search is also conducted alongside.
RETAINED ASSIGNMENTS
Retained Advertising is selected to promote a brand within a specifically targeted audience.
A branded advert is placed online and in a specialist leading industry publication. Full advertising response management is provided. Applicants are measured against the agreed criteria and shortlisted in accordance to agreed timescales. A contingent search is also conducted alongside.
