Darrin Manning, a 16 year old Honor Student at Mathematics, Civics and Sciences Charter
School, was on his way to play a scheduled high school Basketball game at Berean
Institute, 19th & Girard Avenue on a cold frigid day. He never made it. He was viciously
sexually assaulted by a female police officer.
Be at the Rally to demand:
The immediate arrest of the female cop who maliciously sexually assaulted a child.
U.S. Justice Department broaden its investigation into the Philadelphia Police Department
for this abuse of power and excessive use of force.
Bring the noise with your students, parents, clergy, civic and social justice organizations.
No Justice! No Peace!
