Selection Process for Seafarers:

1. Selection, screening and hiring the best seafarers as required by the principals.

2. Arranging for ILO Medical examination of the selected seafarers in accordance with MLC 2006 and Flag state regulations.

3. Arranging special medical examinations for the GCC countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman. Etc., Also do mandatory vaccinations for African Countries.

4. Familiarize the selected seafarers with various regulations and policies as required by the Principals

5. Maintain systematic personnel service records, accounts system and other documentations.

6. Providing Training for the Seafarers in our Workshop / Registered Training Institutes with the sufficient machineries and Trainers for their physical and mental fitness.

7. Arrange for seminars, training sessions etc for seafarers as required by the Principals.

8. Proper communication, swift action and rapid arrangements will satisfy your needs.

Hazira lies 310 km north of India's financial capital Mumbai. Van Oord will dredge a 4.5 km long channel to a terminal. The material dredged from the channel will be reclaimed on two different locations. Van Oord will deploy two heavy cutter suction dredgers to

execute the project in between monsoons of 2009 - 2010.

We have supplied & supplying Welders, Service Engineers, Cleaners, GPs, ABs for the following Foreign Going Ships.

TRAINING PROGRAM FOR OUR CREWS In addition to the above, we have owned airless spray painting machine, high pressure water blasting machine, compressors, generators, heavy lifting cranes, forklifts, trailers for container transportation, and training yard for trainees where a lot of blasters/painters are taking training for how to operate the machine, safety, trouble shooting, etc. Our training yard with equipment:

Our spacious training yard is situated in Chennai, an industrial area, 10 km from the Chennai Port where we have installed the HP water blasting machine & spray painting machine, etc. We possess brand new Hydrojetting machine (Eclipse BC-EL 20) & painting machine imported from Heatec (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd, Singapore. Max Working pressure: 15000 psi (1000 bar). The lightweight of 460 kg and compactness of the Eclipse high-pressure machine makes it easy to be used onboard for the surface preparation on deck and in ballast tank. We are conducting practical training in this yard thro’ HP water blasting machine, spray painting machine & model DB tank for the trainees.


Based on NSSPL diagram of model DB tank, we have fabricated the DB tank of size Length (13foot) X Breath (13foot) X Height (7 foot). This model tank is exclusive for training purpose & the DB tank idea is to create the work environment i.e. to remove the rust/unwanted foreign matters existing on surface quickly in the tank of the vessels in-order to save time/money.
