- Tue & Fri: Homeoffice
- Wed: Alignment meetings / work in 2 week rhythm
- Kanban (we let Scrum go after 5 years).
- Work where, when, and with what you want (only performance counts)

We had a gap between our 10 year goal (vision) and two week goals. That’s why we needed an additional layer: OKRs (Objective and Key Results)

How we set goals- Quarterly! Cascaded: company - team - personal.
- 100% transparent.
- Inspiring and ambitious objectives
- Failure welcome! (as long as we learn from mistakes).
- Not coupled to bonuses!!
- Part of our weekly meetings.
- Quarterly 1on1s.

- Everything is urgent. But what is important?
- Common truth: Customer happiness is key.
- Identify core problems (e.g. through customer experience mapping).
- Only work on the biggest problems and the biggest opportunities.

Managers, if an employee is not on your list, give him better feedback (don’t fire him)!
