The world population is currently in the region of over 7.4 billion according to

demographics. The United Nations estimates that it will rise to 11.2 billion in the

year 2100. Population growth poses major challenges to the world. If no proper

governing institutions are put in place it would be catastrophic. The world should

embrace unity like never before to contain this challenge! More people mean

more opportunity must be created. This can only happen in the environment

of Peace.

Unemployment stands out as one of these challenges. In many developing

nations of the world, many learning institu-

tions churn out graduates scrambling for

limited job opportunities. The current job

market is unable to absorb all of them; only

a handful finds secures job opportunities.

Embracing Others The Excellent Way Forward!

Industrialized nations like China,

Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and

others are much better even

though they have much popula-

tion they are able to absorb the

graduates in their emerging in-

dustries. They also have challeng-

es majorly in marketing their

products. The absence of Peace complicates this situation more.

Countries like South Sudan and Burundi are currently facing unrest.

Most potential business have closed shop due to these upheavals.

Agriculture is one area that would fight unemployment.

There are many swathes of land lying fallow in areas that have been en-

dowed with this resource. Lack of adequate farm inputs and unwilling-

ness by young people to embrace Agriculture has negatively impacted to

this problem.

The nation of Israel has acquired amazing technologies that if em-

braced would transform the world economy through Agriculture. God

promised his servant Abraham that he will bless those who bless him

and to curse those who curse him. He declared: “I will bless those

who bless you, And I will curse

him who curses you; And in you

all the families of the earth shall be

blessed." Gen. 12:3. Many nations

are realizing that the policies of iso-

lation would no longer benefit them.

They have started developing rela-

tionships for the mutual benefits of

their people. The recent visit by Is-

rael Prime Minister Benjamin Netan-

yahu to East Africa region is a move in the right direction. Israel need

the world, the world needs Israel.

Joseph’s ability to interpret dreams saved the

whole world. Gen.40. If God had not revealed to Jo-

seph of the impending danger (famine) what do you

think could have happened?

There are some world regions who have been

complaining about marginalization by their respec-

tive governments. Northern Nigeria has suffered a

great deal. Many innocent lives have been lost due

to insurgents by Boko Haram militants. Over 200 Chibok in Borno State

schoolgirls were abducted almost two years ago by the said militants.

In Africa culture, every child belonged to the community. Everyone

member of the community had the right to instill discipline to every child

in the community. Everyone’s deeds shall judge him. If you sow to the

flesh, you will reap corruption (death).

If you sow to the Spirit you shall

reap everlasting life. “For he who

sows to his flesh will of the flesh

reap corruption, but he who

sows to the Spirit will of the

Spirit reap everlasting life.” Gal.

6:8 If you treat one’s child well,

yours will also be treated well.

That is the principle of God’s

Word. It is the high time these girls were released unconditionally so

that the government would embark on developing this area for the better-

ment of her people. The book of Job records how Job handled himself

during the most trying moment of his life. He spent time inquiring from

God where he had gone wrong. Remember, it is God who allowed Satan

to test Job. Job 1:8-12. Job remained steadfast in faith. His integrity

remained intact.

He did not seek to harm any person. “Yield now, let there be no in-

justice! Yes, concede, my righteousness still stands!” Job 6:29. God

expects us to remain faithful during our time of testing. Our trials never

come an inch closer to Job’s trials. Jesus forgave His

offenders. He said, “Then said Jesus, Father, for-

give them; for they know not what they do. And

they parted his raiment, and cast lots.” Luke

23:34 (KJV).

Life is short; we should learn to forgive others and

continue with our destiny to the ’Promised Land”.

Those who suffer well without victimizing others

have discovered the significance of Integrity and Justice! And as God

restored Job back to double measure of what he had lost during his trials,

He will honour them too!
