Time Management is the art and practice of scheduling and using the time available to you for a task.

Time Management is a set of principles, practices, skills, tools, and systems, that help you use your time for what you want.

Why Is Time Management Important?

Workplace Productivity is a term referring to how much work is accomplished in a work environment. It could be a classroom, office, kitchen, or even your home. Basically it refers to how efficiently workers complete tasks at their workplace.

Why Is Workplace Productivity Important?

When a company/agency is functioning at capacity, it is producing as much as it can given its technology/infrastructure and workforce---in other words, when productivity is maximized optimal potential and outcomes are achieved!
