• 2. Create videos for online training demonstrations. All it takes is a computer!

• 3. Be flexible in designing training for multiple formats. Use blended courses, responsive design, and mobile learning.

• 4. Use more effective social learning tools such as micro blogs and video (Nielsen, 2015).
