What is Happiitude
Happiitude has turned Happiness research in to games and activities based
workshops and curriculum for Children and adults from various walks of life
in collaboration with Happiness Research team from Berkeley, California.
The Problem is • The Perspective that one day I will be Happy vs Happiness as
a part of everyday life
• That one day I will discover happiness vs Happiness as a learnable skills
• To Play on mobile to be happy (momentarily) vs Play to learn to be happy (forever)
Our insight about the Happiness• The ultimate pursuit of every human being on this planet is
same – Happiness
• The ultimate goal of every single person behind doing every single thing on this planet is same – Find Happiness.
• As we can not discover cycling or swimming one day without learning it, same way we can not find Happiness one day, it is a learnable skill.
• If we make a mobile app turning science of happiness into games, videos and interactive activities and offer it to customers as a freemium program (free for few levels and charges later), it can be a game changer in Self Help / Well being industry.
Our insight on the Happiness Market• Happiness program taught by Tal Ben shahar (Phd) has entered the
history books of Harvard university as most popular course in the history of Harvard).
• More 2,00,000 people enrolled for the online Program on “Science of Happiness” by Greater Good Science Center of Berkeley at Edx (their team member is working with us in this project).
• “Headspace” mobile application which offers audio guided meditation has more than 3 million users and valued around USD 100 Mn.
• There are 1000’s of books written on happiness and many of these books are on the best sellers list.
What is Happiness, anyway?We all have deeply personal (and different!) definitions of happiness.
But here’s how the scientist see it:

Determinants of Happiness
50 % is genetically determined
10 % is determined by your circumstances
40 % Of your happiness is controlled by your thoughts, actions and behaviours
Contrary to popular belief, we get used to our circumstances over time, so they don’t play as large of a role in our happiness level as we might think!
