Typical Duties Act as a liaison for the University Center between facilities, housekeeping, food services, and other areas of the university Open and close upper level facilities Perform set ups in meeting rooms with requested chairs, tables, AV equipment Hourly building tours Sale of Campus Activities event tickets and sign-up sheets

Upper Level Hours: M – Th: 7:30 AM – 11PMFriday: 7:30 AM – 8PMSaturday: 10AM – 6PM

Sunday: Closed *Food services open at 10:30 AM

“I wasn’t invited to this event, but do you think I could

get food from it?”

Sam LaBat:“I’m calling to inquire about renting your football field?”

Clayton Roll:“Can you tell me where the Taco Bell is ON CAMPUS, I went there last week, but I can’t seem to find it now?”

Closing down shop*Food services in the University Center close at 11 PM*

• Creating new schedule cards for meeting rooms• Print new Set-Up sheet and Building Tour• Shut down all computers and printers (incl. ID computer)• Kick everyone out (nicely)• Inventory

• Final building tours and lock all meeting room doors, including SLC• Lock exterior doors and turn off all lights• Secure keys in lockbox
