Description of the Innovation:

This photo-teaching innovative programme develops positive stories that support quality education. It uses photos to explore 'positive stories of development', inspired by Quality Education - one of the 17 global goals suggested in the World’s Largest Lesson Plan.

Instructions: Students need to collect pictures that tell

positive development stories based on the themes suggested.

Every picture should carry a caption and the positive impact it brings on quality education.

Prepare a PPT or Prezi or Video or Emaze or Sway Presentation.

Putting together all the pictures, captions and messages students will come up with a creative piece of writing that sends a positive message for quality education.

Objectives: Developing global citizens within curriculum for

Development Global Goals. Get introduced to the concept of photo

storytelling. Take a story concept and integrate it into a multi-

REAL LIFE APPLICATION:Picture Story Telling skill is useful in

life to make trailers and short films. It helps students transform and

understand genre transformation. Persuasive picture and message

techniques are used in everyday life while debating and putting ones ideas and justifying them.

Outcomes: Students are introduced to the concept of

picture story telling. Search and save appropriate images from the

internet and provide suitable caption and message.

Learn to place pictures in a presentation with effects, transitions and titles.

Students will come up with creative writing in which the main idea or the topic sentence is clear, supported by 3 or more details and each supporting detail has 3 or more sentences that expand that detail with a relevant conclusion.
