• I addressed my audience by using a conventional technique of colloquial language for example “Exclusive” to allow my magazine to be more appealing to

the audience.• The use of my background and masthead typography allows my magazine to have

a sense of soulfulness and so that it appeals to my genre.• I was also able to attract my audience by creating a reader/audience profile. This

allows me to understand what my audience does during their leisure time.• On the front cover I also included a “free music download” to attract my audience

because even though my target audience is aged 18-30 years old, it would stand out to the audience and other readers so more people can buy the magazine due

to the free music download.
