SUNFLOWER POEMSmall little seed,not looking so grand,nests away hiddenin a small pot of sand.

Then as it growsin the air - does it gorising up highup in th'summer sky.

And as shoot grows high,a flower head formscoloured bright yellowwith seeds brown and warm.And as flower head openscolour does risebringing the butterfliesa sunny surprise.

And children in the garden,are having a ball!As they look at the sunflowerand measure how tall.

What Is A Teacher?

A teacher is someonewho sees each child

as a unique person and encouragesindividual talents and strengths.

A teacher looks beyondeach child’s face

and sees inside their souls

A teacher is somone with a special touchand a ready smilewho takes time

to listen to both sides and always tries to be fair.
