Moodle contains most information(though not everything, eg Turnitin data)but cannot display a learner’s full assessment & feedback history across courses and years.

AimsA full assessment & feedback history would:

• Let Students and Personal Tutors review feedback and grades to help determine how to improve academically.

• Help Personal and Module Tutors to identify students who may need additional support.

• Enable Tutors to pick up on longitudinal developments, creating opportunities to engage in a feedback dialogue.

• Help Students to identify patterns and understand their feedback, so they can act upon it (feed forward).

One stream of a wider integration programme.

• Pilot in UCL Moodle starts in • September 2015 with ~850 students.

• Further development planned • during pilot.

• Full rollout across UCL expected in • 2016.

• Programme administrators - full overview of department’s students.• Module tutors - visibility of their own student’s work within modules

they teach.• IoE module tutors - access to their student’s feedback across all

modules (including ones they don’t teach).• Performance score (relative to class mean).• Assessment Calendar to enable assessments to be spaced out.• Link to student record system – for viewing final grades.• Current and past year’s feedback.
