WOAH! A massive catalogue equals massive feedback! This week, we’ve been inundated with your Christmas success stories. We’re not complaining! In fact, we demand more! Keep them coming in to [email protected] (please don’t worry if your story wasn’t published this week – we simply didn’t have the space to publish the MASSES that came in! We will be featuring them all over the coming weeks, though). I’ve sold 101 pairs of the front cover product! ”What a fantastic week this has been! Kleeneze have come up with a terrific front cover product on the Christmas book for us to sell. I did one demonstration on Tuesday and sold one (that was my Aunty though!) and continued showing this great product to customers through Wednesday to Friday. I have, to date, sold 101 pairs. I did demos as I was delivering orders and as I was collecting my books. Yes, this does take a bit of extra time but well worthwhile. I simply tell the customer I have something I’d like to show them which is on the front cover of the new Christmas book. I like it so much I’m showing all my customers in advance. I then switch it on, in bright daylight I return it to the box (which I have turned on its side to shade it) and tell them it’s made of glass, colour changing and comes complete with the batteries and how unusual it is. I then hold it by the string and say it can be hung or stand on its feet (showing them the feet). At this point I pass it to them so they get a feel for it. I tell them they are only £10 for 2 and wait for their response. I’ve had more people say yes than no. Some have had 2 pairs and one has even had 3 pairs! They are so easy to sell.” Glynn Moughton, Gold Distributor You can still snap up the six-pack front cover offer by calling Service Centre (0844 848 5000) to order. ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 32 20.08.10

Do people buy from us in the summer?

Andy Cooper got an excited text from Senior Distributor Mary Fullerton inMerseyside earlier in the week: ‘Hi Andy - I have just picked up an order for £191.00!’

That one order could earn Mary nearly £70.00 (Retail and Volume Profit). Mary hasbuilt up a fantastic customer base over the last few years and it is not a coincidencethat she consistently gets a great return on her time and effort. On day one Marystarted with a few boxes of catalogues, stuck with it, followed a tried and testedsystem and regularly retails £900+ per week over 2 and a bit days. AND that iswithout the Christmas Catalogue! (see image to the right).

I cannot get over it! They are not usually thinking Christmas until aboutOctober

“I am very impressed with the front cover offer - I think it is the best so far.

On Tuesday this week, I was delivering goods to my customers. That round had alreadyproduced £468 worth between 42 customers, making an average of £11.11 percustomer. So I showed them all the front cover product and left a Christmas book andorder form and collected them back on Thursday and Friday. Oh boy was I surprised:

42 books delivered39 back3 still thinking26 customers - total order £482.40 24 front covers + 1 single

So £482 = £11.48 per catalogue£482.40 divided by 26 customers = £18.55 per customer

So in total that run has given me £950.40 in orders making it an average per customer £22.62

Now on Friday, I dropped the Christmas Catalogue with the others and that round (116 catalogues) also produced an order for £66, whichincludes £265.75 Christmas orders. That’s over £700 Christmas in a week!

I cannot get over that as down here in Sunny Devon they are not usually thinking Christmas until about October!!”Jackie and Sue Jackson, Gold Distributors

It’s a hot, sunny August morning and the Christmas sales are rolling in

“It is a hot sunny August morning and Fay and I are out collecting our 289 catalogues that we dropped the previous Friday. Let’s roll the story ona little. It is now Wednesday morning and we've just put on our final order of the week. We are hearing in the news of a second recession aspeople are not spending money on the high street, internet sales down by 10%, house prices down due to slump, public sector jobs underthreat…….DOOM AND GLOOM!!!

Well in Loughborough! Total sales this week were £1,633 (an average week for us so far this year is about £828). The amazing part is that £721are Christmas sales (including 39 sets of the Colour Changing Ornaments).

People really are supporting their local businesses and with only 4 (some may get 5) pay days left to Christmas people really are spreading thecost by purchasing early.

If there was any doubt left in anyone’s mind that this might be a bit early to promote Christmas then I hope the above story will spur you intoaction.

On behalf of Fay and I and all of our team (The Liberty Group) can we thank the whole of Kleeneze for giving us what we know will be our bestKleeneze Christmas to date!”Andrew and Fay Roe, Bronze Executive Distributors

Spreading the cost of Christmas

“We’re loving the new Christmas Catalogue. We pre-ordered them and they arrived whilewe were on holiday. We got back on Saturday 7 August, and made up our ChristmasCatalogue packs that evening - including a newsletter and ‘Spread the Cost of Christmas’order form (allowing customers to order everything they want from us, spread the deliveryand therefore the cost over 18 weeks leading up to Christmas).

The catalogues went out Sunday afternoon. We collected in catalogues from 130customers over Tuesday and Wednesday. There were £700 in normal Kleeneze orders(£100 higher than usual!) and also £260 worth of Christmas pre-orders - 50% higherorders on our first drop with the Christmas books - excellent!

Thank you Kleeneze.”Katie and Mark Johnson, Senior Distributors
