Borrowing books is one of our most used services, but you can also:

brary desk)

THE LIBRARY AND QUALITY The Library Service provides you with the material you need to study, teach or research. We are constantly working to deliver services that meet your needs and expec-tations through a quality strategy based on our continuous improvement system. In our Service Charter you will find the commitment to quality of each of the services we provide.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Study rooms
Extensive opening hours.
Material is available in our libraries unless someone else is using it.
You will get on the same day any docu-ments in our depository that you ask for via a waiting list .
Documents are organised twice a day.
Loans and waiting list
Lend you material immediately.
Immediately email you when the mate-rial you’ve asked for via a waiting list becomes available.
Advice you by email before your loans have expired, except for movies.
Send you a reminder by email for books that haven’t been returned (every 5 days) and periodically by post.
Answering your queries Deal with queries, incidents, complaints, suggestions, etc. In person, by phone or online.
Answer your questions about our collection and services within 3 working days.
Answer your complaints and suggestions within 15 working days.
User training
Run training activities about our services and collections and publicise them on the library website.
Produce training materials and maintain a collection of guides and tutorials.

You can ask for the study material you need using your intranet > My Library > Acquisitions.
Evaluate your request within 10 working days and keep you infor-med about progress on the intra-net.
