General Insurance Requirements

Travel Agencies and Tour Operators must maintain insurance policies as follows with copies provided to Gulfstream Park annually:

Comprehensive General Liability

• $1,000,000 each occurrence • $1,000,000 aggregate

Also:

Travel Agencies and Tour Operators must provide certificates of insurance evidencing the above coverage amounts. Other than Worker’s Compensation policy, each insurance policy required above shall name Gulfstream Park Racing Association, Inc., The Village at Gulfstream Park, LLC and 445237 Ontario Limited as Additional Insureds.
