• Welcome and introduction• Updating CCCM Strategy including coordination mechanism as

per transition plan• Planned Winterization supports to IDPs – agencies to update

on their planned coverage• Updates from Agencies and hubs on CCCM• AOB

Updating CCCM Strategy

• More in depth analysis of the return needs/intentions through DTM & FGD

• Return support plan (if appropriate & feasible) developed at site level

• Extension of site management coverage across priority districts & increased site improvement works

• District coordination mechanism once cluster deactivates

Winterization supports to IDPs• IDP sites >1500 m asl prioritized for WK• IOM to distribute kits to 3000 HHs in 35 sites• Remaining IDPs not covered – including KTM

Valley districts• Kit Includes blankets, clothing, stove, sealing

• IDP returning to original locations• 3 sites in KTM closed – Bode, Yellow Gumba,

Gokarneshwar• FGD conducted in few sites

• Significant decrease in no.- chuchhepati, Dancchi• May return by Nov, but many without options back home• Schooling of children and livelihood key challenges• Source of water and re-cultivation of land
