Post World-War II, the entire earth facing a greatdepression. A big lost of youth generation sentthem a fear the cessation of the next futureleaders .
AIESEC was originally a French acronym for Associationinternationale des étudiants en sciences économiques etcommerciales (English: International Association of Studentsin Economic and Commercial Sciences), however, the fullname is no longer officially used as members can now comefrom any university background.
At the same year, on September, studentsfrom 9 universities and 6 countries hold theirmeet up in Liege to build a new cooperation.They created an organization that one daywould be the largest student organization inthe world.
This organization was established atStockholm Congress. AIESEC tries to create young leaders who working towards for “Peace and Fulfillment

WHY:
AIESEC exist to empower young people to build a “peace and fulfilment of humankind potential”
HOW:Value-based platform, accessible for a high volume of young people, experiental learning, cross-cultural understanding and positive impact.
WHAT:Team Member Program, Team Leader Program, Global Community Development Program, and Global Internship Program.

AIESEC experience
AIESEC Experience consists of three main phases :
Engagement, Experiential Leadership Development,
and Life-long Connection.
ELD (Experiential Leadership Development)
Team Member Program
In this phase you will be introduced to a practical teamexperience, gain access to a global network and engage inpractical hard skills development.
Team Leader Program
This experience will culminate in your personal andprofessional development through the concept of teambuilding and management. You get to experience leading othermembers and guiding them in their work, thus becoming acrucial part of their development.

Engagement with AIESEC
In this phase, young people are introduced to the world ofAIESEC through different engagement channels. They willlearn about AIESEC Golden Circle and it will empower them topick the path to kick start their AIESEC Experience.
AIESEC experience
Global Community Development Program
International internships are the most intense learningexperience we offer and links together our global network. Thisprogram encompasses cross-cultural positive impact throughworking abroad for social and community development projectsthat lead to self development and skill enhancement for themember undertaking the program.
Global Internship Program
This program offers internships that contribute to theprofessional development of a member and assist them tospecialize in a certain field of work. They are normally longterm in nature and involve working on diverse businessprojects and organizations.
LLC (Life-long Connection)
A life long connection will ensure positive change throughoutan AIESEC member’s life. In this way, AIESEC presents each ofits alumni a platform for continuous growth, enabling them tomake a constant positive impact on society.

1989Students from UniversitasBrawijaya visited Unpad and explain about AIESEC. AIESEC Unpad was established on this year.
1994 AIESEC Unpad noted as a legal UKM
AIESEC Unpad got disbanded, thus we can’t operate AIESEC activities
2006
2007AIESEC Unpad received an authority to expand as a city-based Local Committee. AIESEC Bandung started to exists in this year.2010Expand to 3
