Objectives/background
• Wintershall approached Expro's Subseateam for full WOS system for the Mariaproject - this includes the provision of anExpro Landing String Assembly (ELSA)along with a full landing string systemconsisting of SUF, WOCS, HXT umbilicalsand reeler - to include: 7 horizontal Xmastree run; 7 completions installed with 5 wellscleaned/flowed back

• Responsibility for the design, integration andoperation of the completion/workover risersystem - full service provider supplying allitems that make up the system, including:IWOCS, Xmas tree umbilical/reel, subseaumbilicial frame (SUF), landing strings; blafroheave arrester, associated equipment andcasing riser etc
• Delivery of a bespoke, full service packagefor Wintershall's requirements, with specialattention to compliance with ISO 13628-7(for the design, analysis, materials,fabrication, testing and operation of subseacompletion/workover riser systems run froma floating vessel); global riser analysis,system engineering and full SIL 2certification
• Delivery of a full-system, allowed Expro toprovide a cost-effective solution forWintershall, contributing to the project beingdelivered 20% below budget
• Through excellent project management andwell site job execution, Expro delivered theproject on time and on budget. This wasnot just exclusive to the subsea team butalso interfacing with wireline equipment forintervention, completion, workover and plugand abandonment functions
• Zero recordable safety incidents and a jobperformance score of 92%
