Select the date to enter time - 1
Select the Engagement Code - 2Select the Service Code - 3 Select the Loan Type - 4
Add “Start” Time and “End” Time and “Break” Hours - 5
The system automatically selects Active week and current date. Associates can select a different date and week, if active and not submitted to or locked by payroll
“Save” to enter time for the selected date - 6
“Submit Weekly Timesheet” to submit the timesheet every Friday.

• Recording break hours is as important and mandatory as recording hours worked• There can be multiple entries per day based on multiple engagement codes, loan types,
service codes, start time, end time. • Please be sure to submit the timesheets for payroll processing and activating next week

Important Activities – MUST DO• Enter time daily and save it after acknowledging accuracy.• Get a pre approval for planned PTO.• Verify the weekly timesheets and submit it for payroll processing every Friday EOD. Else, next week’s timesheet will
not be activated on Monday if the previous week is not submitted.• Once the timesheet is submitted for payroll processing, any changes will be possible if Manager/ Payroll unlocks it. • Get a pre approval for Overtime hours.
• Send an email to the Manager for pre-approval of overtime
• Manager enters the hours of OT approved in the timesheet
• Submits the OT approval• A report is generated daily on
overtime incurred which displays approved/not approved overtime
• We have to be sure the pre-approval step is completed before entering OT in individual timesheets

Overtime pre-approval process
• As per OT policy, all OT hours need to be recorded and pre approved.
• The web based timesheets allow you to approve OT in the system
• Once the pre approval is entered, an alert goes to the associate about
the pre-approval
• The weekly overtime report will display approved or unapproved OT
Please note all overtime worked,
approved or not, will be paid
