CLARIZEN TIMESHEET TRAINING PACKET

TIMESHEET Time tracking is a method of recording how much time an employee spends working on various projects.

Before you can fill out timesheet in Clarizen, you must have a Clarizen account.

Step 1: You will receive an invite in your email from your Clarizen administrator to join Clarizen.

Step 2: Click on ‘Get Started’. You will be redirected to another page where you will enter your name and change your password.

Step 3: After completing your information, you will be directed to the Clarizen login page. Enter your Manifest email and your new password.

Step 4: After loggin, the navigation is on the left side of your home page. See the screenshot below and follow the arrow.

Page 2Step 5: Click on the navigation to open it.

Step 6: Click on Timesheet.

The projects you have been assigned to will automatically populate on your timesheet.

Step 7: Click on the boxes under the dates to enter the hours for each project you worked on. Click more to open the comment field.

Add comments for each time entry.

Step 8: Once you have entered your time for the week, click ‘Submit’.

To make corrections to your timesheet after submitting it, click ‘Reopen’ at the upper left and if Reopen is greyed out, talk to your PM or administrator to help you reopen the task.

FAQsWho approves my timesheet?

Your project manager.

What can I do if I can’t see the timesheet option at the navigation? Talk to your administrator and it will be fixed.

What can I do if a project I’m not assigned to shows up on my timesheet?

Consult with your administrator.

How can I filter my timesheet to see the project I’m currently working on or to see the ones that are already completed?

Click on the green section of the search box and select what you want to see from the drop down. See the screenshot below.
