obedient, and unfit for any good works.” [Titus 1:16]. Admirably and truly did Isaiah prophe-sy of you when he said: You hypocrite! You hon-or Me with [your] lips, but [your] heart is far from Me [Isaiah 29:13; Ezekiel 33:31-33; Mat-thew 15:7-8]. You Phar-isees, “brood of vi-pers” and “evil.” Sons of Hell, fools, blind guides, white sepul-chers, murderers, a gen-eration of snakes [Mat-thew 23] imitating righ-teousness but as evil as all get up [2 Corinthians 11:13-15]. I want you to know that you will be sent to Hell [Matthew

I will whoosh your behind straight to Hell! Say something…. I dare you! I will gather you, and blow upon you in the FIRE of My wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof…, and ye shall know that I the Lord have poured out My fury upon you" [Ezekiel 22:18-22]. For the uplifting and encouragement of my people… The calling back of the children of Israel. The word speaks to us, “If it be marvelous in the eyes of the remnant [we are the remnant, the chil-dren of the fathers] of

this people in these days, should it also be marvel-ous in mine eyes, says the Mighty One.” [Zech-ariah 8:6]. This passage is the Resurrection of the children of Israel; if it’s marvelous in our eyes, how much more marvel-ous is it in the eyes of

Yah, our Savior [Ezekiel 37…Dry Bones Live]. When they say; how will it be accomplished then you say, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says Yah.” Yah-weh bless you!

SAN BERNARDINO, CA- Each of five San Bernardino City Uni-fied School District (SB-CUSD) high schools awarded students more than $1 million in col-lege scholarships, with the total scholarships awarded to all SB-CUSD graduates total-ing $8,134,645.

Students at San Ber-nardino High School (SBHS) earned $1,856,489 in scholar-ships, the most of any SBCUSD high school. Cajon High School stu-dents earned the sec-ond largest amount, $1,680,014, which in-cluded $646,000 in mil-itary academy appoint-

ments and scholarships for the U.S. Army, Ma-rines, and Coast Guard. "I'm not surprised that San Bernardino High students earned so ma-ny scholarship dollars," said Corina Borsuk, whose family funds an annual scholarship for SBHS graduates. "As the oldest high school in

the area, many famous and successful people have graduated from the school, and they often give back by establish-ing scholarships specif-ically for Cardinal City graduates. Once a Car-dinal, always a Cardi-nal." (To continue read-ing, please visit www.wssnews.com).

few are aware about the dangers of "third-hand smoke" exposure.Third-hand smoke is the residue from tobacco smoke that accumulates on surfaces. It sticks to

walls, windows and fur-niture or can settle as toxic dust in homes and cars. It even sticks to clothing and hair. The residue builds up in the environment, becoming

more toxic over time, according to Tobacco-FreeCA.com. In San Bernardino County, the California Health Collaborative (CHC) has been cru-

sading for tobacco-free apartment units since 2015. Through volun-tary tobacco-free hous-ing policies, CHC touts the benefits for renters, property managers and owners, said Roberto A. Terrones, Program Co-ordinator for San Ber-nardino County's Tobac-co Control Program. Terrones said that ma-ny in the housing indus-try expect for tenants of apartment buildings to be against these types of tobacco free policies, but that is not the local nor state-wide sentiment when it comes to these changes. While there has been some blowback, he said, many tenants ap-preciate the new rules. (To continue reading, please visit www.wss-news.com).

You will be bidding on a lien, not on the property itself. Placing the highest bid at a trustee auction does not automatically en-title you to free and clear ownership of the property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder's office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. NO-TICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, ben-eficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call (844) 477-7869 for information regarding the trustee's sale or visit www.stoxposting.com for information regarding the trustee's sale using the file number assigned to this case, which is 17-100140. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not immediately be reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web site. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. authored by the chair of the new Assembly Select Committee on the Non-profit Sector Assembly-woman Monique Limon (D-Santa Barbara). United Nations of Con-sciousness, a grassroots non-profit organization established in 2015, was founded by Executive Director La’Nae Nor-wood. U.N.C provides direct services and re-sources to the commu-nity such as: cultural enrichment, education, entrepreneurship pro-grams, awareness, ad-vocacy, and youth pro-grams like the U.N.C Youth Afterschool Pro-gram, and Summer Camp for disadvantaged, at-risk youth. U.N.C is also one of the leading San Bernardino part-ners in the #schoolsnot-prisons campaign, which brings awareness to the community and lead-ership about harsh pol-icies that incriminate youth of color through suspensions, expulsions, and citations in public schools. Since its incep-tion, U.N.C has served over 3,000 families and is projected to expand and double in 2017. "Recognition and sup-port of this kind is an in-spiration to grassroots organizations who sac-rifice and work tireless-ly to serve as positive change agents. Congrat-ulations to all the oth-er nonprofits who were recognized, we are hon-ored to be esteemed with

such distinguished orga-nizations across the state of California. Assem-blymember Reyes has shown genuine concern and has been a savvy partner with the willing-ness to tackle real issues and the concerns of her constituents,” La’Nae Norwood explains. She continues, “A lit-tle over three years ago, l had a vision and start-ed this organization with some of my child-hood friends, knowing we would make a pos-itive impact. Growing up in the Inland Empire, we were very familiar with the challenges. We jumped right in and start-ed working in the neigh-borhoods with the most need. The rapid growth and success of United Nations of Conscious-ness is largely in part to dedication, collaboration and responding to the needs of the community. We are more committed than ever to unity, youth, social change and creat-ing economic opportuni-ties, while being a voice for African Americans. Courageous and hon-est perspectives are nec-essary for progression. We are unapologetic in our pursuit of cultivating equitable communities. United Nations of Con-sciousness is putting the unity back into the com-munity, while expand-ing resources, reach and results." - La'Nae Nor-wood, Founder and Ex-ecutive Director.

The award recipients were honored at a lun-cheon held at Sacramen-to’s Convention Center, welcomed by Assembly Speaker Anthony Ren-don, Assemblymember Limon, and Jan Masao-ka, CEO of the Califor-nia Association of Non-profits (CalNonprof-its). California Attorney General Xavier Becerra had also shared words of appreciation to the gath-ered honorees and their legislators. “Nonprofit organiza-tions are vitally impor-tant to the economy and well-being of California. But too often nonprof-its are ‘hidden in plain sight.’ We are thrilled that the State Assem-bly has passed a resolu-tion for the second year in a row that puts the spotlight on nonprofits as an economic power that uses that power for the common good. We congratulate all of the award recipients on be-ing honored for the great work they do every day to make California a bet-ter place,” said Jan Ma-saoka, CEO of Califor-nia Association of Non-profits (CalNonprofits), a statewide alliance of over 10,000 organiza-tions, representing and promoting California’s growing nonprofit sector and working to bring the full power of nonprofits to strengthening commu-nities.
