Hope Harbor Annual Fish Fry - Silent Auction Preparations

Baskets by September 15th

We are looking for someone in the congregation that is interested in heading up a basket for Hope Harbor's silent auc-tion. If that is you, please let the office know. See Bob Whiddon's email below for more details.

We are already making plans for our annual Fish Fry here on the campus of Hope Harbor. The luncheon is free to all

who come. It is our way of saying “Thank you” to all of our supporters. For those who like fish, we will serve you catfish. For those who do not like fish, pulled pork will be available.

As part of our Fish Fry we are also having live and silent auctions. Last year we sent a letter to the churches asking if they would be willing to assemble a basket for auction. We had 35 baskets donated to us from various churches. The

retail value of the baskets went from $25 to $425. We would like to do this again for the 2019 Fish Fry. Would you be willing to assemble a basket from your congregation to be auctioned off? You get to pick the theme of the basket. You get to assemble it. If you need a basket we will get

one for you. And, we can wrap it in cellophane here at Hope Harbor, if needed. Please call Debbie at Hope Harbor (918-343-0003) and let her know that you would be willing to assemble a basket for us. The deadline for the completed baskets is September 15th. We will gladly send someone to pick it up from your

church building when completed. Thank you for helping us in this fun activity for our Fish Fry. May God bless you in all that you do.

- Bob
