• Research and present monthly inspiration and silhouettes. • Work in partnership with Product Development managers for direct sourcing

styles to supplement 30% of business initially, that has been 100% purchased through market vendors to date.

• Responsible for competitive market research. • Work in partnership with buying and merchandising team to assess their design

and assortment needs. • Create and maintain design and development T&A calendar. • Work in partnership with newly formed Cato Hong Kong office to source new

fabrications and trims to create in-house fabric and trim library. • Create technical package standard and organize design turn-in process to technical
