System
The SystemThe main points:
To gather availability of umpires officials and coaches
To inform all officials involved with the fixture the details of the match ,time, venue ,umpires and officials. Also provide useful contact details.
To appoint umpires, officials and coaches
To inform all involved with the fixture of any changes to time, venue, umpires, etc.
The System
For teams to give feedback on the umpires (award)
Reporting red and yellow cards
To give/receive assessment/ coaching reports
To appoint International officials
To allow a more structured process of appointing umpire coaches and assessors
Ensuring teams are meeting their umpiring commitments
What is required from the club
Keep umpire contacts up to date.
Check Club area regularly for appointments and updates. Many will be notified by email.
Put in match time and venue
Contact the umpires as usual to get a response.
What is required from the club
Inform the office of any changes of umpire, time or venue.
All changes of date must be sent to the office.
If a coach or assessor is appointed inform them of any changes.
Give an honest feedback on the umpires performance
What is required from the officials
Please keep your availability up to date and within deadlines.Availability cannot be changed once you are appointed you must contact the office and officials convenors.Check the system regularly for updates/changes, many will be notified automatically by email.If a coach is appointed inform them of any changes.
What is required from the officials
After the match fill in MRF as usual recording cards etc.
On your personal section report cards you will have to enter an amount 0 counts or you will receive reminders daily.
Coaches fill in umpire report in personal area or you to will be reminded.
we are still learning the system.
And we may make an odd mistake.
