5. Thursday

9.00  : reception at the town hall

The submayor of Education, Mrs Catherine Houdart, has received the meeting’s participants in the wedding room of the town hall.

After the reception, the participants has seen, in the mayor’s garden, the place where the schools’pupils has put their flowers made with recycling material.

10.30  : arriving and reception at school.

12.30 : lunch

- each partner presents himself/herself

- presentation of each partner about their school, their region.

- each partner present their mascot of the project. Those mascots will be the symbols of the project and will travel with the schools for the future meetings.

- twinspace will be explain by the coordinator next week by mail to all partners.

- financial part

Partners have received a board with the different sums of money they will receive.

The coordinator explains to the partners the way to use their money, what documents they need to keep, The synthesis of the money used will be made during the future meeting in Bulgaria. During this Bulgarian meeting, the partners will have also to make the middle report of the project.

· About activities

The coordinator explains to the partners the reason to modify the listing of the activities. Like that, in each school partner, the schedule of the activities will follow the result of the questionnaire of the pupils. Each time, an activity is separated in 3 times : first time : work with the pupîls on a thema of activity during two weeks ; second time : the partners have to make a report about the activity realized with pictures or video. The last day of the second week, each partner transfert the report to the other through dropbox or twinspace. Third time : the third week, each partner looks the report of the other partners and has discussion about those works with the pupils.

A schedule of the activity will be completed by every partners on a file XL transmitted to each partner.

The first activity will begin on November 6th.

All the activities will be realized during a free time at school : in the morning, during a break, during the lunch time, after the school time.
