Subscribers were notified through email, the magazine, e-newsletter and the website about taking the survey. • Overall, over 700 subscribers visited the survey • 137 were not eligible to take the survey • 355, who were eligible, took the survey These numbers are lower than in years past; however, the survey itself reveals that mail managers have less time because of the increasing demands on their time. With fewer numbers of survey respondents, we are not able to provide the usual deep drill down of statistics that we normally do. 2009 Wage & Operations Survey Results

Mailing Systems Technology conducted its annual survey in the summer of 2009. Subscribers were notified through email, the magazine, e-newsletter and the website about taking the survey.

• Overall, over 700 subscribers visited the survey
