BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Von Lotzbeck is expanding

internationally and is now

represented with local sales

organisations in Sweden, Norway,

UK, Benelux, China and Denmark.

The main focus is to find the right

stores to position the brand. Within

the last 6 months more than 20

new retailers have opened and the

objective for the coming season is

to double the number of point of

sales.

We have recently changed our

name from Von Lotzbeck Jewellery

to Von Lotzbeck Copenhagen. A

decision following the increased

focus on Danish design and our

international expansion.

Furthermore we are pleased to

welcome our new marketing

manager Merethe Alsted Wilholdt

Kissow.

It was with both pride and honour

that we recently received the 2015

prize Innovator of The Year within

the Danish jewellery trade. We were

MARIE VON LOTZBECK

Marie von Lotzbeck has had great

success with throwing herself headlong

into starting her own business and

creating the Von Lotzbeck Jewellery

brand, but why did Marie in the first

place fall in love with jewellery making

and creating?

A question she’s asked herself many

times and the answer always seems

to lie in her self-belief and knowing

everything will work out in one way or

the other. Marie doesn’t let doubt or

fear stop her from developing - rather

fail and learn.

And where does this confidence and

courage come from?

“I think it’s in my personality, my

family history and the way I was

brought up. I’ve always known that

where there’s will, there’s a way. I had

to believe in myself and what I do

because if I didn’t, then who would?”,

Marie says.

For Marie, jewellery design is part

of highlighting women’s individual

strengths and style: to give them a

piece of her story and a symbol of

power to believe in themselves and in

what they do.

Every year we wish to surprise when making a new

catalogue. We always come up with new themes and

this time we wish to show Von Lotzbeck Copenhagen

in a different setting; a setting that showcases how

the raw, elegant look suit women at every age.

Von Lotzbeck jewellery is a timeless and beautiful

accessory no matter if you 20, 30 or 50+. They can be

used to style and modify a look by mixing designs in

different ways allowing us to express our personality.

This delicious collection, Deco, presents 8 new designs.

All inspired by New York’s amazing buildings and

monuments. New York Skyline is an icon full of admirable

and stunning architecture and art deco which is one of

Marie von Lotzbeck’s big favourites. The dominant lines

and arcs, striving and stretching high into the sky and

symbolises a modern progress. This geometric style is

magnificent, and remains timeless.

For the first time in September we host a new press

event. The event is for all of the Danish press and

leading bloggers and will take place in Von Lotzbeck

Copenhagen’s shared studio on Snaregade 14 in

Copenhagen. The event is a new initiative from Nordahl

Andersen to approach bloggers, editors and celebrities

through a cool event together with

influential retail partners.

Jewellery Room is hosted by Goldmind Communication

who have shown great excellence were invited to showcase

their work at Jewellery Room and is was a great honour to

be invited for the fifth time.
