Public Land Dedication (PLD) will be achieved with developed park and landscaped open space and cash-in-lieu per as shown on Sheet 4 of 8, herein. 3. Proposed subdivision enhancements include: 3.1. Exceed the City of Thornton Landscape Requirements by twenty (20) percent. 3.2. Provided composite wood privacy fence with brick columns along 128th Avenue and Tamarac Street. 3.3.
