A new baby

My Mum is going to have a baby soon. She will go into hospital and may have to stay overnight.

I may feel a bit worried, but my ___________________________will look after me and answer any questions I have.

When my Mum comes home she will bring my new baby brother/sister.

I may find this very exciting, or I may be a bit nervous.

My new brother/sister may cry during the day and also when I am trying to sleep at night time.

If my Mum is busy I can play with my ipad or toys or I can watch television.We may have lots of people visiting our house to see the new baby. They may bring the baby presents.

If I feel worried I can find a quiet

place to sit and play.

When my brother/sister is older I can show them my toys and maybe they will play with me. This will make my Mum very happy.

When my brother/sister arrives I can take a picture of them into school to show my teachers and friends.

Everyone will be very pleased to see my new brother/sister.

I will feel very happy he/she is now going to live with me in my house.
