In brainstorming, CANMADE initially evolved into the perfect meeting/market place for me, it was everything I wanted in an online venue. So when I asked for help brainstorming I was surprised that others were not as keen on this idea as I was.

I learn't

- Not all people are ready for social media, regardless of if - Not all people are ready for social media, regardless of if they are selling online.

- It will be more difficult to find designers to pay fees then doing a shout out "free marketing".

- It will be difficult finding these local designers who are interested in this type of venture.

- When questioned the people who were not interested, - When questioned the people who were not interested, also were not interested in expanding their business.

- This style of shopping will not interest everyone.
