1- Fabrication capacity: With a team of managers, engineers, technicians and more than 300

skillful workers trained and equipped with specialized machines and equipment, the company is

working as main contractor/ EPC contractor for a series of large-scale projects, high building

towers including Tay Nguyen Wind Farm Project (full development scale upto 120MW –

currently executing phase 1 with capacity of 28.8 MW), Summit Building (housing, service and

commercial complex) 35 floors, DLC Building (housing, service and commercial complex) 35

floors, etc.

2- Transportation and Installation capacity: IBS is equipped with many machines, cranes,

transport vehicles and specialized equipment such as wheel cranes, crawler cranes 30t, 50t, 150t,

200t, 650t types and transport trailers of 52 meters long with capacity up to hundreds of tons

which shall be very effective for installation work. We have successfully completed complex

installation work in Wind Power Projects with hub height upto 130m, blade length upto 60

meters.

3- System control and integration: the company has many experience in the field ofdesign,

integration and installation of ELV system, iBMS, Fire Fighting and Prevention System, Security

System, CCTV, Access Control System, etc. for building and industrial projects such as modern

and well equipped projectsin Viet Nam such as: Vietnam National Convention Center,

Headquarters Building of Vietnamese Ministries,…

4- Mechanical manufacturing: our yard of IBS Lisemco is located at km6, national route 5,

Hung Vuong Ward, Hong Bang District, HaiPhong City with the total capacity of 30,000 tons of

steel structural fabrication per year and can build passenger liners, cargo ships, specialized ship or

multi-functional ships with the capacity up to 10,000 DWT.

IBS Lisemco has strong business cooperation and partnerships with many world's major industrial

companies such as GE, Siemens, Hyundai, Nippon, Thyssenkrupp, etc. Lisemco’s products have

been exported to various international markets such as Japan, Europe, America, Middle East,

Australia, etc.and are highly appreciated by Client.
