1.POWER DISTRIBUTION cum AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CONTROL PANELS

1. After the transformer, POWER DISTRIBUTION BOARD cum FULLY AUTOMATIC

POWER FACTOR PANEL will be installed.

2. It has got ELECTRICITY INPUTS from the Government and DG input (Based on the

requirement of customers can be designed).

3. Panel is having protection from Earth leakage / under voltage / Over voltage / Single

Phasing protection for EB Supply side input.

4. Panel is having Metering for DG –1 /2 supply side input.

5. It has got Output change over switches based on the requirements of the Customers

6. We are using heavy duty SCHNEIDER CAPACITOR AND ACCESSORIES which will

ensure UNITY POWER FACTOR all the time.

7. APFC Panel is having cylindrical type APP Capacitor Heavy duty type divided into equal

16 Stages based on KVAr requirements of the customer.

8. We can use 7% detuned type reactors across the capacitor based on the Harmonic level

control of the system.

9. The price for the panel will vary according the size of the Mill.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH APFC / DRIVES

WORKING PHILOSOPHY OF OUR PANELS IN PROCESS CONTROLS � The panel will be installed near the process where the system needs to be controlled.

� Panel can be operated in 3 Modes.

� PUSH BUTTONS ON THE MIMIC DIAGRAM IN MANUAL LOCAL MODE.

� ON / OFF SELECTOR SWITCH NEAR BY MOTOR IN MANUAL REMOTE MODE.

� ON / OFF CONTROLED BY PLC IN FULLY AUTOMATIC MODE.

� User friendly, Trouble free, self diagnostic facility with Energy savings.

� This panel will work on the logics build in the PLC & operate sequential manner ON/OFF

control of all motors based on the level and trip conditions.

� We have provided huge MIMIC in front of the panel which will indicate the entire machine

status of all the motors like ON/OFF/TRIP with buzzer for high level and trip different tone.

� Panel is provided with Touch panel for self diagnostic of the Mill if any problem occurs.

Operator can look and correct the problems based on the instructions given in this touch

panel without any trouble.

� Panel is provided with AUTO / MANUAL Selection options.

� In AUTO entire mill will be under control of PLC.

� PLC / DRIVES / SCADA required for the project is of ABB make as we are the system

Integrator of ABB.

� In MANUAL we have provided two options LOCAL (From MIMIC Buttons in front of the

Panel and REMOTE from switches provided nearby for all motors or PV or SV

independently.

� We can controls the temperature / time with PLC in Parboiling and Drier in case of total

automation required to be done with AUTOMATIC STEAM REGULATING VALVE AND

PNEUMATIC ON / OFF CONROLS OF STEAM.

The Main Advantage of the PLC Based Mill section panel is, • I t will start all the motors sequentially one by one which will avoid Maximum Demand

Indicator Shoot.

• If any machine or elevator is tripped in between, the back side machine will switched off

automatically saves lot of energy. Further give the alarm audio visible (in touch panel) to the

operator to check the problem without stopping the mill

• If any High level is occurred while running the PLC will close the input feeding by closing the

required gate. Further give the alarm audio visible (in touch panel) to the operator to check

the problem without stopping the mill

• One person is required to drive the entire mill with our panel.

• Our PLC panel will save the energy, manpower, less breakdown, less maintenance,

preventive maintenance chart, Power monitoring through PLC, Flow can be monitoring.

Power calculation can be given per bag basis by taking the details from flow meter and

Energy meter.

• We can provide SMS facility for any breakdown / mill status / custom built info to the

customer trough PLC.

• We can give the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition computer system) to

control and monitor the entire mill by the owner of the company via PLC.

• We can provide internet facility to access and control the mill when owner.
