How VCI Works

A vapor corrosion inhibition (VCI) technology which is a

patent and trademark of RustX

Moisture is reacted with VCI Chemicals in vapor phase and when it settles on Iron and is

neutral to oxidation

made on 1 layer plant or cast line Better polymers with lower MFI are used to

strengthen a film

VCI additive in the inner film maintain a ph of 8-9 inside the packaging

Tackiness on both outer and inner enable better adhesion of the film layers

High elongation up to 900% results in lesser tearing at the edges.
