ACC AUCTION SUBMISSION HELP
Instructions for completing the On-Line Auction Submission Form.
ACC Club members are allowed to submit up to eight (8) items a month for the monthly club auction.
The auction will begin around the first of every month and will end when 80 lots have been entered.
First come first serve basis.
ACC Members must have a USER NAME and PASSWORD and also a working Email Address.
The USER NAME and PASSWORD will be provided to you by the ACC web master.
If you are having problems logging on to the online submission system contact the web master Larry Dean at [email protected].
Below is the icon on the main web page that connect to
the ACC Auction System.
Log-On To ACC Auction
Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD
If you forgot your password a new Password will be E-Mailed to your the E-Mail address on the system. What we have on file.
To update your E-Mail address, User name or Password use the My Profile Function.
You only type in a new password if you want to change or replace your existing one.
To Add an Auction Lot:
Click On My Auction Lots
Then ADD A LOT
Click On Currency Type Drop Down
Add Currency Type: U.S., Foreign Or Other
ADD A LOT FOR U.S. CURRENCY USING THE DROP DOWN MENU
Enter the lot values:
• Currency Type: U.S, Foreign, Other
• Denomination: Dollar, Cent, Dime, Quarter, Half Dollar, Mint Set
• Date:
• Grade:
• Remarks:
• Min Bid: In Dollars and Cents - Cat Value: In Dollars and Cents
• Reference:
• * MUST BE ENTERED AND NOT BLANK
Example: Foreign Lot

Example: OTHER Lots (Medals, Supplies, Tokens, etc.)
Click On Reference Type Drop Down
ENTERING MONEY VALUES
Min. Bid: Is required must be greater than $ 4.99
Cat. Value: Is not required and if not blank must be > $ 4.99
If you enter a number value the edits will zero fill.
CLICK ON Present Auction to view all auction lots entered by the ACC members
ACC Auction Help Click On The ACC Auction HELP On The Bottom Of The Screen
CLICK ON Printable Auction to print all auction lots entered by the ACC members.
