COURSE DESCRIPTION: In Nursing 111, the student uses the Human Needs Framework to carefor individuals with alterations in mental health, oxygenation, tissue perfusion, metabolism. hematologic disorders, shock and burns.

PREREQUISITES: A grade of "C" or higher in BIOL 111, BIOL 112, BIOL 213, NURS 160, NURS 161, NURS 162; and ENGL 121, PSYC 106, PSYC 208; Admission to the Nursing Program.
