ThepositionservesasbackuptotheLESHumanResourcesAssistant(FSN-9)atpost.QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREDApplicantsmustaddresseachrequiredqualificationlistedbelowwithspecificandcomprehensiveinformationsupportingeachitem.Failuretodosomayresultinadeterminationthattheapplicantisnotqualified.1. Education:Completionoftwo-yearsofuniversitycourses(equivalenttoJuniorCollegedegree)
required.2. PriorWorkExperience:AtleastthreeyearsofHRrelatedoradministrativeexperienceis
required.3. LanguageProficiency:LevelIIIEnglishandLao,goodworkingknowledgeinbothwrittenand
spokenisrequired.4. Knowledge:Musthaveknowledgeofofficeadministrativepracticesandprocedures,filing
systemandbasicknowledgeofHumanResourcesAdministrationingeneral.Post-entry:RequiredtobethoroughlyfamiliarwiththeLocalCompensationPlan(LCP),3-FAMand3-FAH.
5. Skills and Abilities: Ability to type in both English and Lao. Good computer skill in usingMicrosoftWord,Excel,Outlook,Accessandotherdatabasesystems.
