EPA is in receipt of the revised Project Operation Plan (POP) for the Remedial InvestigationFeasibility Study(RIFS) for the Silreaim Site EPA approves the revised POP under the condition that the attached listed items are fully and adequately addressed by adding the requestedprovisions and clarifications The Trust can fulfill the conditions of this approval by immediately incorporatinothe requested provisions into its operations providing EPA with a written addendum or other point-by-pointdocumentation that address these issues within ten (10)days of receipt of this letter and incorporating these provisions and clarifications into the coaponent plansof the POP upon the next revision of each coaponentThis conditional approval of the GZA Health and SafetyPlan and the other portions of the POP does not taplyBPA will accept any liability associated with operations bullfalling under these plans
