Location

The property is located in Foxborough, Lucan, Co.

Dublin. Foxborough is situated approximately 14 km

west of Dublin City Centre and 4 km south east of

Lucan Village. Lucan is an established residential area

situated in west Dublin and is bordered by Leixlip to the

west, Clondalkin to the south and east and the River

Liffey to the north. According to Census 2016, the

population of Lucan is approximately 50,000.
