2014-2015 Achievements.

22 Graduates leave ICS and move on to secondary school at SHHS

28JK students will join us in September

Fundraisings for Missions was ongoing and very impressive throughout the year.

Gr 2 Students received First Holy Communion and First Reconciliation

Gr 6 students received the sacrament of Confirmation

Students had many exciting events in Co-Curricular activities this year:

Spirit in Motion hosted many activities

Our School teams won many titles

Chess- Seniors, Intermediates and Juniors brought home Gold.

Cross Country teams were First overall and First in each division

Boys and Girls Futsal teams won gold

Girls Volleyball Second Place, Boys lost in the Semis

Girls Basketball won Gold and Boys Basketball won Silver.

Track & Field day many students broke records, Kali Fischer, Alexa Schlosser, Brady Rich,

Aiden Hinsperger and Matthew Donnelly. Well Done! Our track teams were on fire this year,

bringing home the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Trophies, finishing first over all. WOW!

Girls Soccer Team won Gold and Boys Soccer Teams placed second.

Successful Basketball Free Throw and Science Fair

ICS Family/Halloween Dance hosted by School Council

Celebration Christmas dinner in the ICS gymnasium, Student Council Spaghetti Dinner.

School Yearbook gathers many memories in one place and reflects the tremendous spirit and

faith shared by our community. Thank you Mrs. Meyer!

Healthy Snack and Breakfast program, Tuesday Lunches

Student Council met their goal and built a school in Haiti

Immaculate Conception Staff would like to thank Father

Stephen Lacroix for his guidance and help this past year. Our

students were blessed to receive the Sacraments of

Confirmation, Reconciliation and Eucharist. We are looking

forward to our continued partnership in the formation of our

students Faith journey. Merci Beaucoup!

Board Track and Field Results WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!

Congratulations to all Track and Field athletes representing ICS. Great sportsman-

ship and effort by each student. Our Junior, Intermediate and Senior teams won

first overall in each of their divisions, placing ICS First overall for total points.

We had students who also broke records and received medals for overall points.

We had 6 records broken at ICS this year. Kali Fischer broke the Junior girls 800

meter race with a time of 3:13:09 minutes. Brady Rich broke the junor boys 800

meter race with a time of 2:52:88 minutes. Matthew Donnelly broke the senior

boys 1500 meter race with a time of 4:47 minutes. Aiden Hinsperger broke 3

records. Intermediate boys 1500 meter race with a time of 5:41:28,

200m race with a time of 27:84 and 100m race with a time 13.32.

Alexa Schlosser broke the senior girls 100m race with a time of 13.19s.

WELL DONE ICS! Thank you M. Blair, Mr. Travale and Mlle Turcotte for your hard

work in preparing our students!

Overall medal winners in Kincardine were: Matthew Donnelly, third, Alexa Schlosser, first, Hannah McArthur, third, Aiden Hinsperger, first,

Landon Wideman, second and Kali Fischer, second.

“Collecting” over the Summer!

At ICS we collect clean milk

bags, Campbell’s soup labels,

used stamps, grocery receipts

and Mme Barnard is going to

collect aluminum tags from pop

cans. Please help us to collect

over the summer. Merci!

(large enough for a letter sized folder, ziploc bag and lunch bag)

with containers that can be easily opened.

Primary Grades (Gr. 1-3): HB pencils; safety scissors; several

erasers; pencil case; colored pencils; crayons; 3 boxes of Kleenex;

metric ruler; glue stick or white glue; small pencil sharpener (that

collects shavings in enclosed container);

Junior Grades (Gr. 4-6): HB pencils; 3 boxes of Kleenex; sev-

eral erasers; pencil crayons; calculator; 1 highlighter; scissors; 1

bottle of white glue; blue pens; large glue stick; pencil case/box;

geometry set; small pencil sharpener (that collects shavings in en-

closed container); ; metric ruler; NO white out; small English/

French dictionary (Collins, Robert or Larousse)

Intermediate Grades (Gr. 7-8): HB pencils; red and blue ball-
