Arena Board Advertising is a popular and unique way to reach thousands of people per year, with your message displayed all year long. We welcome more than 3 million visitors to our arenas each year for lessons, camps, leagues, tournaments, events and more!

With eight arenas to choose from, you can target your advertising locally or take a broader community-wide approach. Arena board ads are prominently positioned at ice level on the rink boards, typically across from the spectator seating area between the opposing goal line. Discounts are available for multi-year contracts and contracts over $5,000 annually.

Facility Type

A Facilities: Highest traffic arenas with over 250,000 visitors per rink per year. They have high traffic for all 12 months of the year.

B Facilities: Great exposure reaching 150,000+ visitors per year. They have high traffic approximately eight months of the year and are converted for use as skateboard parks and indoor lacrosse/ ball hockey during the summer.

Terms and Conditions• All costs include production and installation of one sign, additional sign production and installation will be charged at $175 per sign. • Artwork/creative must be supplied by the client and approved by the town. • The client is responsible for providing suitable electronic artwork. All ads must be submitted as a print-ready PDF (include/embed all fonts). Colour ads must be saved as CMYK for colour accuracy, however exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.• Sixteen Mile, Glen Abbey, River Oaks and Trafalgar Park arena board signs are 3’h by 8’w (36”h by 96”w) and protected by a clear Lexan cover. No bleed.• Joshua’s Creek, Kinoak and Maple Grove arena boards are 2.75’h by 8’w (33”h by 96”w) and protected by a clear Lexan cover. No bleed.• Installation is done monthly on or near the first of each month. Exact placement cannot be guaranteed.• Multi-year contracts will be billed annually on the anniversary of the contract. • A 25% discount is offered on all advertising contracts valued over $5,000 per year.• All prices are subject to HST.
