the only one?
Most people have never heard the word “ostomy” and most of us never talk about our bowels, bladder, urine and stool because it is usually a private and personal matter. At the Ostomy Canada Society, we DO talk about these things and we are never embarrassed or ashamed. You just had a body part (bowel or bladder) that didn’t work because of various reasons and you ended up with an ostomy.
